Happy New Year! My first resolution this year was to do a Hot Yoga class everyday for the next 30 days. Easier said than done though, as each class is not only challenging posture wise, but its done in 100+ degrees the entire time. And on top of that I have to ride the train for 40 min to get there, and along with work/castings sometimes the last thing you want to do is go to a yoga class. But its really a test of commitment. I have been practicing this style of yoga for a little over a year now, but have always wanted to try the challenge. I will update you guys on my progress with some posts. What resolutions will you be working on this year?

One hot yoga class everyday!? Wow, that is a huge challenge. But it sounds really great. Try not to be so hard on yourself – if you make it to 3 classes a week, that is a huge accomplishment. Really great goal, wishing you the best
That is an impressive goal. I’m looking forward to hearing about your progress! My resolution this year won’t start until after May. I want to loose all the weight I gained from this baby in 3 months. That’s how fast I did it last time, so maybe 2 1/2 months might be more challenging.
