Happy New Year! My first resolution this year was to do a Hot Yoga class everyday for the next 30 days. Easier said than done though, as each class is not only challenging posture wise, but its done in 100+ degrees the entire time. And on top of that I have to ride the train for 40 min to get there, and along with work/castings sometimes the last thing you want to do is go to a yoga class. But its really a test of commitment. I have been practicing this style of yoga for a little over a year now, but have always wanted to try the challenge. I will update you guys on my progress with some posts.
