30 day challenge

Happy New Year! My first resolution this year was to do a Hot Yoga class everyday for the next 30 days. Easier said than done though, as each class is not only challenging posture wise, but its done in 100+ degrees the entire time. And on top of that I have to ride the train for 40 min to get there, and along with work/castings sometimes the last thing you want to do is go to a yoga class. But its really a test of commitment. I have been practicing this style of yoga for a little over a year now, but have always wanted to try the challenge. I will update you guys on my progress with some posts.  What resolutions will you be working on this year?

  1. One hot yoga class everyday!? Wow, that is a huge challenge. But it sounds really great. Try not to be so hard on yourself – if you make it to 3 classes a week, that is a huge accomplishment. Really great goal, wishing you the best :)

  2. That is an impressive goal. I’m looking forward to hearing about your progress! My resolution this year won’t start until after May. I want to loose all the weight I gained from this baby in 3 months. That’s how fast I did it last time, so maybe 2 1/2 months might be more challenging.
